Client: Shelter Cymru
Carrying out a 'mystery shopping' exercise across Shelter Cymru's offices, aimed at testing Shelter Cymru's external advice services to the public in order to assess how easy it is for members of the public to make initial contact with Shelter Cymru, how effectively they are dealt with, and how useful the advice and follow up is.

Client: Cardiff City Council
Carrying out a review of the Cardiff Tenants' Federation to evaluate all policies, procedures and practice of the Federation and the Council. The review gathered the views and ideas of the Federation's member tenants' and residents; organizations, Federation officers and relevant Council officers. The review resulted in wide ranging recommendations for improvements by the Federation, the Council and tenants and residents associations.

Client: Welsh Assembly Government
A focused review of the Welsh Tenants Federation. The review involved analysing documentation, evaluating current policies, procedures and practice, carrying out individual interviews with staff, offices and other stakeholders, and producing a confidential report for WAG with recommendations.

Reviewing the work of the Information Unit and national Helpline to identify areas for improvement. Gathering information and consulting with users, management committee members, staff and members of Disability Wales

Client: Tarian, Merthyr Women's Aid
Evaluating the quality and appropriateness of the service and identifying areas for improvement. Consulting with ex and current service users, management committee members, funders, and staff. Evaluating policies and procedures. Preparing recommendations and an action plan and agreeing implementation with committee, staff and funders.
