Working with Board members, tenants and staff to produce a video, recording the organisation’s experiences of including tenants with learning disabilities on the Board of Management, what has been learnt during the process and changes that have been made to how the Board works.

Carrying out consultation with housing association tenants, board members and staff to inform the production of On Board, an information resource for Board members. Contributing to, and editing the On Board pack. Updating and revising the pack.

Developing a tutors' training pack to accompany On Board. The pack was developed in modular format, containing exercises, information handouts and powerpoint and overhead presentations. It is aimed at prospective and new Board members and structured so that it can be delivered in-house by senior staff with no previous experience of facilitating training.
